Straight from the sell-out premieres in London, Ockham's Razor returns to Blackpool following their incredible outdoor aerial performance in out2dance last May.

The critically acclaimed aerial theatre company, who specialise in creating physical theatre on new pieces of aerial equipment, bring their new show The Mill.

Experience the sweat, grind and grit of physical work in a wheel of wood and steel which is powered by the performers and suspended 6 metres in the air. Where a seemingly small decision or action can gather momentum and impetus beyond your control, snowballing until you find yourself running like mad to power the treadmill whilst someone else is riding it like a ferris wheel.

Directed by Toby Sedgwick (Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer for the National Theatre production War Horse).

Dramaturg Rufus Norris (Evening Standard Award for best Director).

The name Ockham’s Razor comes from the medieval philosopher William of Ockham and reflects the way the company work: given a choice between two theories, go for the simpler one thereby keeping the work cogent, artful and easily grasped.

Devised & performed by: Charlotte Mooney, Alex Harvey, Tina Koch

Director: Toby Sedgwick
